At this time members of the public can address the RCA Board of Directors regarding any items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board that are not separately listed on this agenda. Members of the public will have an opportunity to speak on agendized items at the time the item is called for discussion. No action may be taken on items not listed on the agenda unless authorized by law. Any person wishing to address the Board on any matter, whether or not it appears on this agenda, is requested to complete a Request to Speak form available at the door. The completed form is to be submitted to the Clerk of the Board prior to an individual being heard. Whenever possible, lengthy testimony should be presented to the Board in writing and only pertinent points presented orally.

RENEWAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY REGIONAL CONSERVATION AUTHORITY AND NATY KOPENHAVER TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES

		Overview - Staff Report

		This item is for the RCA Board of Directors to:

		1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Naty Kopenhaver extending the agreement until January 9, 2008, and increasing the contract amount by $72,000 as approved in the FY 2006-07 budget; and

		2) Authorize the Chairman to execute said Amendment on behalf of the Authority.

RATIFICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN’S APPOINTMENT OF THE 2007 WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY REGIONAL CONSERVATION AUTHORITY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

		This item is for the RCA Board of Directors to ratify the Chairman’s appointment of the 2007 RCA Executive Committee.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY REGIONAL CONSERVATION AUTHORITY AND THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY HABITAT CONSERVATION AGENCY TO ENCOURAGE HABITAT IMPROVEMENT

		Overview - Staff Report

		This item is for the RCA Board of Directors to:

		1) Approve the MOU between the Regional Conservation Authority and the Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency in order to begin test plots enhancement / mowing by the RCA in the late spring of 2007.

		2) Authorize the Chairman to execute said MOU on behalf of the Authority.
