The Executive Committee shall be appointed by the Chairperson and ratified
by the Board. The Committee shall be composed of seven (7) members, and have at
least two (2) and no more than three (3) representatives representing the County.
The Chairperson and past Chairperson, if any, of the Commission shall be members
of the Committee. The Executive Committee shall oversee Authority administrative
functions, staff functions, recommend staff positions, job descriptions and salaries,
and consider such other matters as delegated to it by the Board.
