Campaign Disclosure Form
The RCA has adopted RCA Board Resolution 08-002 on March 31, 2008 that instituted a process, procedures, and a form to be used for disclosure by parties, participants, or their agents in identifying to regular and alternate RCA Board Members contributions that were received from the Parties. This process and procedure will aid regular and alternate RCA Board Members in meeting the requirements of Government Code 84308.

Joint Project Review (JPR) Fees and Forms
On May 1, 2006 the RCA Board of Directors adopted Resolution 06-05 establishing a policy for the reimbursement of costs related to Joint Project Review (JPR) and other actions. Begining August 1, 2006 the RCA will implement this cost recovery policy. All projects subject to a Joint Project Review will be required to tender a deposit of $1,500 from the Applicant.

Participating Special Entity Application Form
The Participating Special Entity Application is used by regional facility providers, such as utility companies, a public district or agency, that operates and/or owns land within the MSHCP Plan Area that needs to apply for Take Authorization pursuant to Section 11.8 of the Agreement.

Habitat Conservation Summary Map Reserve Goals and Acreage Contributions
As of June 9, 2008 The Riverside Conservation Authority and Local Permitees have
acquired through acquisition or dedication 21,910 acres towards building a reserve in
Western Riverside County covered by the MSHCP
