The RCA on February 24, 2006 and March 1, 2006 held two training sessions to provide implementation
updates for the Western Riverside County Multiple species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP).
These were designed for consulting biologists working in Western Riverside County.
The RCA has posted the presentation for those training sessions in Adobe PDF Format. Please note

The RCA staff are currently working on a variety of programs for training
in different areas for permittee staff that are involved in processing
developement projects with MSHCP concerns. We are also working on refining
the Joint Project Review (JPR) process and information as well as developing
the submittal requirements for various components of information as part of the
MSHCP. These will be placed in the updated implementation guidance manual for
the RCA Permittees. Training for each City is now being scheduled for February
to April of 2006. We expect the revised and updated implemenation manual to
be available on the website sometime shortly after the training is completed.
