Location: west of Anza and northeast of Aguanga, east of Highway 371 and east of Wilson Valley Road.

Size: 234.65 acres

RCA area: Wilson Valley-Sage, Rough Step Area 4

Plant communities:
Chaparral, coastal sage scrub, desert scrubs and grassland

Animal species observed:
Los Angeles pocket mouse, Aguanga kangaroo rat, California gnatcatcher, least Bell's vireo. mountain lion

Importance:
This area is an important contribution to the assembly of a core area of habitat in this area of the MSHCP.

Wildlife and habitat value:
This large acquisition is important to the construction of a reserve system in Riverside County.
