Riverside County Land Information System

Riverside County’s Land Information System is an important resource for property owners, planning professionals, environmental consultants, and those interested in the growth of Riverside County’s reserve system. The County of Riverside owns and operates this site and RCA is providing this link as a courtesy to our website visitors.

On this website, you can conduct a number of types of searches, but the type RCA most often refers users to is a search for the environmental information for a particular property. 

Here’s how to use the system:

Accept the terms and conditions on the main page by clicking the “Accept” box.

If you know the Assessor’s Parcel Number of the property you are interested in, enter it in the box upper left.

You may also search by address, community and other criteria. Zoom in to the parcel level using the menu at the top of the map, black lines will appear for each parcel.

If you are searching by parcel and want the parcel number or parcel owner information, click on the parcel and then click “Identify Parcel” from the menu at the top of the page. The parcel number and owner will appear in the gray box lower left.

If you are searching using any other criteria, you must select a parcel before any of the map reports become available. Once you are zoomed into a level where the black parcel lines are visible, then you can select a parcel by clicking on it.

After selecting a parcel, you can either run a report on have information displayed graphically on the map.

To run a report look for the box on the right of the map that reads, “Select a report type(s).” Select “Environmental.” Then return to the gray box lower left ato view your report.

Below the “Report Type” box is box that allows you to choose a particular map. Click on the box and then select the map you wish to view from the menu. The data will be processed and displayed on the map.
