The MSHCP requires that RCA prepare and submit a report of its annual activities. These annual reports include an overview of the plan, a summary of habitat gains and detailed information for each jurisdiction and area plan. The plan also includes information about habitat lost to development and other activities. Development activities public works and transportation projects, and funding are also summarized.
The annual report also reviews the management of RCA, management of property, and management of the reserves. The activities of the Biological Monitoring Program are also included.
