Financial Reports

Audits The Joint Powers Agreement creating the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority (RCA) requires that an independent certified public accountant or firm perform an annual audit of the accounts and records of the RCA, and that a complete written report of such audit be filed with the Auditor Controller’s Office annually, pursuant to Government Code Section 6505.

Financial Transaction Report Under Government Code Section 53891, all local agencies are required to submit reports of financial transactions to the California State Controller’s Office.  The data compiled from this reports are available on the California State Controller’s website at   State Controller’s Compensation Report Reports are also available on the California State Controller’s website at
