This is an estimator for informational purposes only and is not intended to, nor does it constitute a final determination of fees. Fees are subject to change. Fees will automatically update on July 1 in accordance with the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario area (2.878% increase as of July 1, 2024).

The current MSHCP Fees:
- Residential, density less than 8.0 dwelling units per acre ($4,358 per dwelling unit)
- Residential, density between 8.0 and 14.0 dwelling units per acre ($1,817 per dwelling unit)
- Residential, density greater than 14.0 dwelling units per acre ($803 per dwelling unit)
- Commercial ($19,615 per acre)
- Industrial ($19,615 per acre)
The initial deposit required to start each of the following processes are noted below (Please click all that apply):

- Joint Project Review ($1,500)
- Meet and Confer ($1,500)
- Criteria Refinement ($5,000)
